People moan about this pharmacy but I think they do a great job of the pressure they got,, to provide a service to the community
I went to this pharmacy for the 1st time yesterday and was really impressed with them. I normally use the LLoyds branch up at East Craig’s as it’s slightly closer for me, but Ive had so many problems with Lloyds, so I will definitely be using Rowlands for all my pharmacy requirements going forward.
Just started using this chemist after lousy unhelpful service at boots at the gyle, much better, helpful and friendlier in my opinion.
I started using this pharmacy for my prescriptions because it happens to be the closest to my house but just visited and found them friendly, helpful, professional and they bent over backwards to help me with a medication issue
Professional staff, it offer waiting seats. Bit slow pace sometimes when almost empty. 15 minutes to serve 2 people not the fastest.

Good service, very helpful staff. They guide patients on medicine usage. Located close to the medical group and they provide prescription collection also. Once they even took the trouble to get me an updated prescription due to change in dosage of medicine.
so slow - and then spend time chatting while people wait , the old the young it doesn't matter they will keep you waiting! my advise is look elsewhere. 15 pills to put in a box took nearly 40 minutes - the chairs are also cheap and nasty and uncomfortable and only 2 of them while 7 people wait . Lastly not overly friendly or apologetic.
