    We are so grateful and impressed with the service and support offered from Well Pharmacy, Granton Rd, and Florence the pharmacist in particular this week. Having found ourselves in a horrid situation where my son was clearly very unwell but couldn't access the GP as there were "no appointments", we went for a consult to the local pharmacy. Florence very quickly recognised the severity of the unwellness and sent us to the local hospital, where a few hours later my son was recovering from timely surgical intervention. The prompt response from the pharmacist and her team, their calm and professional manner and approach instilled confidence, confirmed our suspicions about the diagnosis and prevented further determination. Thank you.
