   The staff here are amazing! Very helpful, compassionate and understanding. During lockdown they helped me so so much! There is now a shortage of specific medications which affects us dramatically....and again, they are going above and beyond. Great team! Am very lucky this is our local pharmacy.

   Poor customer service. Having confirmed they had the item, they said 10-15 min wait. 25 minutes later they were still ignoring me although even though I was seated in plain sight. So I queued again to reach the desk. The item was sitting behind there. Not a word of regret, never mind an apology for the extended wait. Their problem is they have no system to monitor waiting customers. Suggestion: explain to those who have to wait that either they will call you (and if so make sure you do actually call), or instruct to return to the desk after the 10-15 mins is up. Oh, and try apologising if you drop the ball.

   Not long to wait for prescription I handed in. Did not have full supply so pharmacist said would text me next day when it in. They duly did. Very good service.
