   I went here for about 4 years and my experience was always good. Staff were never rude to me. Waiting times for a prescription can sometimes be longer than they say but what do you expect when they have many prescriptions to manage per delivery. As usual people in the reviews will complain when they had to wait longer than expected the pharmacy didnt have the stock right away but no place is perfect. Theres nothing negative i have to say about this pharmacy

   Had a lovely interaction with the pharmacist and team today. When I needed an emergency prescription they walked me through the steps, phoned the NHS on my behalf and made sure I was covered for my trip. This was all while I was mid panic attack, they were so lovely calming and in control I felt a lot better. Kindness goes a long way, thank you.

   PLEASE can you explain why your pharmacy never answers?? I simply do not understand why I cannot get through to you for several days?? I have been trying your phone line CONSTANTLY without any answer I desperately need my urgent GP prescription that you have I need to speak to you urgently!! to arrange delivery with you as a DISABLED CUSTOMER PLEASE SOMEONE OR THE STORE MANAGER FROM BOOTS SHANDWICK PLACE RESPOND AND CONTACT ME ASAP

   I was,in the main branch on Princes street in Edinburgh. Some staff,more helpful than others. Asked a staff member,who was stacking shelves near me,about product,I wanted to buy,that wasn't on the shelf. They were totally disinterested & of no help & didn't even go over to the section, where I was. Not impressed.

   Attitude from the lady at the til changed from friendly with the previous customer to quite rude with me as soon as I opened my mouth and spoke with an English accent. My partner picked up on this as well. I just said hi and wanted to buy some stuff for the holiday :(

   Very kind lady in today who understood my situation and let me use the toilet- I DO NOT want to get her into trouble, I know it's a weird time, but she recognised it was urgent and no one else let me in anywhere else, which I think is awful as I am female (I don't need to explain I'm sure, when we need we need a restroom!). I left my bag outside the staff door etc. I don't want her to get in trouble at all, but she helped a client with a medical issue and I bought something to say thank you. I will recommend this store and Boots, and I would go back because of the staff kindness in this tough time. Thanks you for your help this week!
