    Disastrous experience with a gentleman at the Pharmacy. Had an online prescription, pharmacy clearly initially input the info incorrectly (to access the prescription) and kept me waiting 30min before resubmitting successfully. And here’s me thinking attention to detail was a given in a pharmacy setting. Avoid for online prescriptions like the plague.

    A well-stocked, friendly and useful local pharmacy, carrying the usual essentials. Please note that although the shop itself remains open, the Pharmacists themselves take lunch from 1.30p.m. to 2.00p.m. so you will not be able to have a prescription filled during that period.

    In Edinburgh for a few days when wife fell Unwell. Contacted our own GP practice and asked if it was worth trying to get help from a pharmacist but was told, “no, a pharmacist could not help” Tried Boots on Wednesday 22nd June when it opened to found the most helpful pharmacist ever. Without his help, kind words and concerns our trip would have been ruined. Need help, pop in as that’s what you’ll get. First class and eternally grateful
