Absolutely love TKMax in Cables Retail Prescot, the layout makes it easy to find what your looking for. The bargains are brilliant and mostly top brands, everything is top quality. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
Poor selection Very dimly lit and untidy - staff mostly huddled around the till when there were no queues and only one member of staff was actually serving when customers began to queue. For such a large store it felt much more barren than other smaller branches in the cities various shopping areas. Unless I find myself with time to kill in the area again, I’m not very likely to visit again.
The store is clean, well-organized, and offers great deals on clothing. Susan in the dressing room was exceptional—she noticed I was on crutches and kindly helped carry my clothes to the accessible changing room. We had a lovely chat afterward; she was absolutely delightful.

Alot of rubbish to look through, but we all love a good rumble, but you always come out with something, even if it's just a packet of boxers
No where else in the world could you buy a wok, some socks, some make up brushes, a dog toy and a designer bag from the same shop. There's a great choice of products, it's just a shame that all the clothes are mixed together by size instead of design
