Lovely very helpful staff. Never do you see them slacking off always busy but never so they can't help you. Nothing but respect for the hard work they continue to do! Thank you!
I realise the pharmacy has a hard job keeping up with the prescriptions that are sent over from the Health centre ,but the condition of the shop floor and the shelves are disgusting ,,they haven been cleaned our wiped down in weeks ,there are pieces of plastic and card lying about the floor,, all the stock on the shelves is dirty and dusty . The whole shop really needs a good clean . For this to be a pharmacy it really inst a very clean environment.

I give 1 star Because there’s no 0 star option available!. , Unfortunately with my prescription. Estradiol ( Estradiol has some brands comes along in different packaging & Patches inside ) They insisted not to supply the brand that I normally used, but strongly & rudely Blame to my GP ( Strathesk ) that didn’t given them a specific brand or name. ( a Staff is so rude is a BIG-ROUND woman ages around 30-40 ) Even tho , in the past they’ve changed a brand that I required- with extra days waiting - No problem. But this time. So rude & insisted not give back my prescription paper.! I then walk back in again & strongly ask prescription back. I told them , if you can’t supply me. Just give back my prescription paper & I’ll find somewhere else. Give back with a words & attitude. = Ok find no worries. I then phone my GP to change automatic chemists straightaway! Chemists doesn’t care what patients required, I find they’re invalid on duty. Sorry! AVOID ! Don’t Wasted your time. Especially No LGBT friendly. Bye! Never again. Terrible service & Bad experience!
Here’s an idea. Don’t be a parcel DropShop if you can’t be bothered taking the parcels. Seriously, as a customer this is infuriating. I’m aware it’s a corporate decision for you to become a Dropshop in addition to a pharmacy, but seriously, if that’s what they want you to do then do it.
Don't order parcels to here! Despite getting an email from DPD stating that all I needed to collect my parcel was the email pass I walked all the way to this pharmacy to be told I needed ID. I showed the email where it literally says I don't have to provide ID but the lady behind the counter wouldn't budge and couldn't show me why I had to show ID just that it was 'required'. Won't be using this service again.
I don't use Rowland's Pharmacy much, I only need to once every two months to pick up a prescription but they've always been kind, understanding and to the point. Absolutely no idea why it's got bad reviews here.
