Even although the kitchen was installed 9 months ago...Gary came out to sort out a minor irritation under the AEG freezer....sorted...what a great company!!!!!
Great team, great service, fabulous kitchen! From start to finish, considering everything the pandemic was doing to interrupt life as we knew it, Gary and his team were great. The design process was well thought out with a virtual design zoom call with Gary which worked really well. Gary really listened to what we were asking for and put his own design thoughts in which improved our ideas hugely. We managed in-between lockdowns, a quick visit to the showroom and that sealed the deal. The quality of the kitchens is fantastic - we were well impressed. The pandemic unfortunately slowed the whole process down of delivery and installation but we were very lucky have our kitchen installed in-between yet further lockdowns. Also, the fitter, Donald, was absolutely first class. And yes, if I move house, I will definitely come back to you.
Completed my order for new kitchen today. Covid meant we needed to carry out a virtual design of the kitchen. The process was simple to follow with as many interactive zoom calls with Gary the designer as we needed. Initially I was concerned about doing it virtually but it was so easy and the zoom calls meant we could actually design it while sitting in the old kitchen and show and point the camera at different areas which actually ended with some fantastic options presented by Gary which I dont think we would have had with out it being done in discussion from our kitchen in real time. Door sample and counter top options were selected and we tried the samples in the our house meaning we could really appreciate the quality and finish of the kitchens ....and they are superb. I guess this post is only about the design service but I was so impressed with their approach and service I thought id review the process to date . I will be following this up with a review on completion ...cant wait . Thanks Gary for the patience you showed during our chopping and changes with colours etc was quite a fun process actually.
Excellent design service with expert advice from Gary who took our ideas into consideration while giving us useful advice and ideas. Stunning quality kitchen. Couldn't fault the service from start to finish. We now have a kitchen that we love every time we walk into it.
