   We purchased 2 granite sinks in 2018 as they had a lifetime guarantee. The 1 in our utility area which has more use is absolutely fine. The sink in the kitchen has several chips on the edges! We are a couple with no children who look after our possessions. I have contacted Carron Phoenix to be told this is “normal wear & tear” and nothing can be done. I am disgusted ! Don’t purchase a granite sink !

   Sink turns up with a crack in the ceramic and a replacement can’t be sent for 10 days ! How is that good service when we can order things in an evening and get them delivered next day. No kitchen sink for 10 days really poor !!
