   I just want to share an experience I had with one of the workers named Malik in the Liverpool One M&S. Malik is an example of an EXCELLENT employee. He helped me find my favourite snack after searching all the isles - I lost my glasses in the cinema and was struggling to see and he helped me find it. This may not seem like a big deal but it was something I really needed and it made my whole day. Thank you so much Malik. You are amazing.

   Lovely market place to spend time and shop your clothes and food. My experience at the store yesterday was very nice with everyone always ready to help with a genuine smile. I remember one security lad, Ali who helped me with direction to the children clothing section. Thanks so much for the effort. I will always shop here

   The lady who helped me ( Pam ) was absolutely lovely and out of everyone that I asked for help, she was the most attentive and kind. Pam went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for which was the naan bread and took me to different points in the store to get me exactly what I was seeking. By far one of the nicest interactions I’ve had in the store!

   Absolutely massive store with several levels. The food court is huge! The food is delicious and great quality so worth the prices if you can afford them / want to treat yourself. There is an M&S Cafe is right next to the food court. The clothing areas are vast but I didn't think the quality or style of the clothing was worth the prices at all. I would give the clothing departments a 1 star but the food court a 5 star if I could rate them individually. I thought it was great to see a lot of wheelchair users and prams moving easily around the store so that's why overall I'm scoring 3 stars.

   I went yesterday to buy a bra. I’m almost 8 month pregnant so it was quite hard to find something comfortable. A girl working there , Leanne, asked me just on question. And right away she knew what I needed, gave me two bras to try and one of them was an absolutely perfect match. I was so close to walk out with something that wasn’t for me, and Leanne help me so much. She was extremely kind, caring and professional. I honestly haven’t feel this comfortable in months. I will recommend Leanne to every women I know that needs a bra.

   This cafe is fine if you want coffee or tea and a cake or if you want a bit of lunch early (i.e before 12.00). If you go after around 1.00pm, the already limited selection will be even more limited, as they seem to run out of anything. I went today at around 1.45pm. They had no baked potatoes left. They also don't seem to have a lot of things that are on the menu, even if you go early.I went in the morning the other day and they had no granola pots and no avocado toast. The food is also not made fresh and there are much better cafes than this in Liverpool.

   Very tasty afternoon tea for a very cheap price at its own cafeteria. Lots selection of best quality cheesecakes and desserts can be found in the food court. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
