Poor communication. Dishonest management, they will tell you what you want to hear but do not follow through.
Brilliant experience from start to finish, lazer template was spot on.... The lads doing the template explained everything and the fitters where fast, clean and very good. Delighted with the outcome. Will defiantly use these guys going forward. Many thanks from sas kitchen and bathrooms

Terrible experience with customer services, tried to report a dangerous van driver who nearly killed me. Was met with a ‘who cares attitude’ and ‘the boss is busy and not in’. If this is how they treat me, how is anyone meant to assume their quality of work is good?
Various fitting issues that have taken weeks to be fixed. Delivered to wrong address and the driver refused to take to correct place, even though we have confirmations of the correct delivery address from them. Been waiting over a week for another issue to be sorted and have had to phone three days in a row to be told i'd be rung back. When you try to complain or say anything negative on the phone you just get interupted and rushed off so you don't get a word in. Real shame, some staff are great but whoever is on the other side of the phone is shocking. And the customer service is shocking also
I've rated the worktop 1 star as we had a lot of installation problems. The finished product does look very good though and would have got 4 stars.
