Everything went to plan from my first enquiry, to the home visit, to placing the order, then the installation. Communication throughout and afterwards was excellent. It looks like a whole new kitchen and I have already recommended to friends and family.
We used Reface Scotland at Hillington for a client who wished to Reface their kitchen as the layout was perfect. They have a great selection of styles and colours, to which you design your own look and they manufacture the doors to your bespoke specification, adding to this a new work surface in Silestone, finished the kitchen perfectly. The completed result is more than my client expected when they returned from holiday. Their next project is to create a boot room in their utility, this will be easily achieved with the bespoke service offered from Reface Scotland.

The lady we spoke to was extremely pushy when working to agree a delievery/installation date after my Mother in law passed away around the time that THEY wanted to arrange delivery. Death in the family apparently inconvenient for Reface. The work was faulted, but the fitter said he'd come back to correct it all later. He never did despite regular and frequent calls. We had our whole kitchen and utility remodelled. After the fitter left I found more and more mistakes. I've gone to change the mixer tap in the utility today and have just found that they must have assembled the tap to the sink before fitting it to the work bench and hard soldered short 'tail' pipes to the underside of the tap which connect to a couple of compression couplings lower down. The upshot is that, to change the tap, the entire sink will need to be removed and refitted as the 'tail pipes' and compression nuts can't pass through the hole in the sink and there is zero room to work on the pipes in the space under the sink. Thanks for the Mickey Mouse install! The list of poor fitting defects grew as they were discoveredover the days after the installation. Things found squint, trim peeling off, facials cut to the wrong size, door hinges falling out, goes on and on, very poor quality and unprofessional. Avoid!
The showroom lady was very helpful and, after informing her of our wishes, she arranged for a sales consultant to visit. We then agreed with him on a worktop, sink, gas hob, built in microwave and electric double oven replacement contract which was carried out about three weeks later by their installer Stuart who did a great job. Should we decide to do any further such work we shall most definitely use Reface Scotland again and will request that Stuart be assigned to our job.
Quality kitchen and workmanship at a fraction of the cost. Just kept my old carcasses and refaced. Top job from start to finish.
