   I went in today to get some help. The lady working behind the till at the time at 11am Tuesday 9th December was one of the most helpful members of staff in a shoe shop I've ever known. She also complimented her store on their pricing for slippers. I agree A huge thank you to her. I'll recommend the store. Brad

   Safety shoe that was bought in store didn't meet intended purpose and all the online reviews on this shoe (style code: 552054) certainly didn't match the reality. Shoe was not comfortable at all and it felt like I'd break my foot the next time I wear them, thus they were worn only once. Initial purchase was made on 31 July and I attempted to return them today (17 August). Though the shoes were in initial quality the return was rejected and blond lady who was a store manager just said "You can keep them" and kept referring to their policies which make no sense and don't adhere to The Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customer service was contacted an hour later once I came home but there was no difference in the output to the solution. Customer service advisor kept referring to their 'policies'. Definitely don't recommend this store and will be submitting a claim if it doesn't go anywhere.

   Visited with my 89 year old grandad and 2 year old son on 3/1/20 @12:22 and was served by Steve. Steve was extremely helpful and always has a smile on his face, my grandad has very little hearing and Steve was very understanding and helped my grandad feel welcome by having a laugh and a joke. My son was also sat in his pushchair and Steve made him feel welcome too. Steve made the visit for us all a lot more welcoming and we will remember him for this .
