First time shopping with Mastershoe but we were impressed by the service we received. Really good customer service and a great range of products.
Excellent service: Bought some hiking shoes from Mastershoe as their pricing was good but they had a minor manufacturing fault; no fault of Mastershoe. I contacted them and they quickly arranged to replace them (I requested exchange as I liked the footwear) and they providing prepaid return shipping and labels. Staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. I will happily buy from Mastershoe again in the future.
Been looking for some comfortable walking shoes for my wife. She broke her leg and has to wear an insert in one shoe. Spent days driving around even ordered some online but none were comfortable. Suddenly Mastershoe turned up on my Google search we live in Southern Wiltshire so Trowbridge is not far but still over an hour. Still that drive was worth it great stock of shoes in the shop they even label the displays with which sizes they have in stock. The staff were very helpful we were there for an hour but came away with a very comfortable pair of Merrell walking shoes which oddly weren't her favourites before we went into the shop. Will definitely use them again given we know the size and model she likes. Also forgot to mention the prices were substantially better than elsewhere for the same shoes so what's not to like.
I had to return a pair of wellington boots and had excellent customer service and communication to emails. I returned the boots with a prepaid label they sent me, and within 4 days I had a replacement pair arrive. Happy customer.
Excellent, I ordered a pair of Merrell walking shoes online on Monday and they were delivered on Thursday. I was a bit wary of ordering online as I have had a bad experience previously with another company, and prefer to visit the store if possible, but I didn't need to worry. The ordering process was really easy. I received a confirmation email when the shoes were dispatched, and I was able to track the delivery online. The shoes were a great price, and are a good fit, comfortable straight from the box.
I placed an order for some boots and then later the same evening realised I'd ordered the wrong ones so emailed Mastershoe to let them know. First thing the next morning I received an email confirming that the order had been successfully cancelled. I then ordered the correct boots which arrived very quickly. An excellent shopping experience and the customer service was first class.
First time ordering I had some timberland boots they came in two days so great service dispatch time was great to so I’m going to recommend and will be definitely ordering off them again.
Received my Timberland boots today!! Having always worn timberland many years ago this is the 1st pair I've had for many years....like revisiting an old friend!! Fantastic service, great price!! Mastershoe will be my 1st stop for footwear in the future...thank you
Customer service reps require more training, it seems it consists of young "lads" who do not read emails and just react irrationally like an immature child. Once I challenged their abrupt behavior I was met with a sarcastic response. I was simply looking for help and guidance but I was met with abrupt/sarcastic responses, I have had no choice but to issue a charge back with Barclays. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Really good selection of shoes, at really good prices. With a large range in-store and a bigger selection online. There is really good customer service. When I had an issue with a pair of shoes, that I bought online they were very helpful, and put back a pair so I could see if the issue was on the new pair of shoes. Once I was happy they were more than happy to exchange them. Will definitely be shopping with them again.
