   These jokers took my order on the 21st of November for a Christmas present of 2 football jerseys for my daughters. After a few weeks I politely asked them if the order was on its way to which they told me it was delayed due to being so busy. I accepted that and didn't complain at all, as long as it would arrive in time for Christmas. Well I got an email a few days ago saying just of them was on its way in a parcel so I asked if the other would be here in time for Christmas and I got an email cancelling the order. they told me this was to avoid further delays rather than asking me if I actually wanted to cancel it or wait!!?? Well I would have waited til January for the other im sure my daughter would accept that but they didnt give me the choice. Total clowns who have now put me on the hunt to find the other Jersey hopefully in time for Christmas but I fear its a lost cause as no one has her size anymore....

   Good customer service, acceptable delivery timescale but the products in my opinion are not at the value for money or the quality of Adidas. I tried Castore in the hope I could switch to a British brand but unfortunately I would have to compromise to move away from Adidas.
