I’ve been buying lululemon clothes for 15 years. I’ve never had a bad experience but I’ll be buying online from now. I had a very bad experience with Emma in store today. Hundreds of visits to this company in 6 countries and multiple different U.S. states across 15 years and never been treated in such a condescending manner. If you like nice clothes, just get them online and avoid the chances of running into this horrendous entity in store.
Staff have always been kind, and I’ve gotten a few pairs of leggings hemmed here with exceptional service. I’ve been a loyal lululemon customer for a while, but this store is really great.
Excellent service from Derbhla today. Rang another store to order an item for me, processed it quickly and hopefully it will arrive at my house in next few days. Great discounted products in basement, but wouldnt call them a 'bargain', as still pretty pricey. This purchase today is a first for me so perhaps I will consider the quality is worth the price when i have tried it! Thanks again Derbhla
Possibly the worst customer service I’ve received. My partner ordered an eCard for my daughter’s birthday. It’s not turned up and we’re leaving the country in a couple of days. We’ve been told 3 times now you don’t do refunds! So you steal money? You have our money, we don’t have the product but you want give the money yes back! Sharp practices. I’ll write to you formally. You may have good products but clearly an exceptionally bad business. So I have a disappointed girl on her birthday and Lululemon telling me what they can’t do. Would be good if someone could tell me what they can do. Shambles
Bought a bra for almost £100 but worth every penny. The staff especially the blonde girl apologies for forgetting your name and the dark haired guy who is management are absolutely lovely. Highly skilled in fitting bras, marks and Spencer's bras are a thing of the past now!! Lol x thanks again for the dog biscuits and the fantastic service xx see you at yoga soon xx
So I'm just in the car after visiting this store and I just had the best time. The staff were lovely and very helpful and even told us that they have free weekly yoga classes (I've never been before but it may be a good experience so I may take them up on that) and were just so positive. The shop is so bright and inviting and the stock is so soft! So soft I tell ya. In all I'm very impressed with the store and would definitely go back!
