A good place to get some outdoor gear to tackle a Scottish winter. A good selection of winter coats is available as well as a selection of Wellington boots. There are even waterproof trousers and thermals for those needing to stay outdoors for longer. The convenient travel and parking makes it one of the more accessible trespass stores.
Shop was very organised and the staff was very friendly. Not sure if they rehired but these past reviews are not accurate for the current staff.
I haven’t been to this shop for years and I remembered why, the staff was rude. I made a quick purchase and greeted yet again by unwelcoming female staff. Honestly I thought it would have improved over the years but clearly not.
I regret to share that I had a very disappointing customer experience today. While taking a picture of a jacket, I was rudely informed by the staff that I could simply refer to the online catalog. When I politely asked if photographing products was against store policy and stated my willingness to delete the picture if necessary, the staff member approached and harshly criticized me, stating that I cannot take pictures in the shop. As a genuine customer visiting to make a purchase, this encounter left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, ultimately causing me to leave the store.
Uncharacteristically I encountered a problem with an online order from Trespass. However, when I visited the shop within Ocean Terminal I was introduced to the manager (Joel) whom couldn’t have been more helpful. Within minutes, I walked out of the shop with replacement items at discounted prices. Furthermore, my online order was fully refunded into my bank account within two days. Flawless customer service from very friendly store staff (!) quickly redeemed my trust in Trespass as my ‘ go to ‘ supplier for all my outdoor pursuit requirements. Well done and thank you to all Ocean Terminal Trespass staff.
Amazing customer service. Was going on holiday for the end of year period, and needed last minute hiking items; the staff went above and beyond and made sure I had everything just before I left for Switzerland! Thanks again!!

Cold away! Team members were very friendly and always ready to help. The store also had a wide array of stock.
Popped in to see if they had anything suitable for my mutant body. Assistant was actually honest, and we found nothing that actually fitted, so 4 stars for the fact that I found nothing. But five stars for the honesty of staff, so great to find honest sales staff, will try again when looking for something else.
