Came to get another ski boot fitting as the first shop I had been to... I wasn't convinced by the information I had been given... What a stark difference at Blues. Josh was SO helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease. Got so much more information and found the perfect boots for me! Thank you Josh!

Buying first ski boots and the service and advice from Matthew was above and beyond. Expert advice, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Matthew made our day. 5 stars all the way!

My dad originally came in to get new insoles for his ~30 year old boots, ended up with a new pair instead, mostly thanks to excellent help from Euan who took the time to talk us through a lot of the differences between the new and old boots/skis and why certain things had certain effects. Thanks!

Bought a pair of ski boots here. They were very professional and I felt like I was in good hands. I love the boots

Really friendly customer service, but using a brannock scale to find people's Mondo size is really not the way to size ski boots. This old school race-only method needs binned. According to the brannock scale I'm a 28.5, which is miles too small for me in any boot - which makes perfect sense since a 28.5 is about a size 9.5, and I'm a 10.5/11, so I actually need a 29.5 ski boot. Ski boots should fit like snug trainers, so maybe a half size smaller than you'd normally wear at most. Yes when you lean forward your foot might come off the toe, but it really shouldn't if the boot fits correctly, and frankly this is really only applicable to racers, not people who will be wearing their boots all day and walking around as well as skiing. As a beginner I was once persuaded into buying ski boots way too small for me based on a brannock device, and now I know better I will not let them size me and I base it entirely on the individual boot.

Was surprised to find it open over the summer. Fitted for new boots by Ewen - fantastic service, spent ages finding the correct size boots for my feet, no hard sell. Went home to mull it over then back for final fit and cooking the boots in the machine. Again, excellent friendly service and can go back as many times as I want to have boots tweaked.

Went there today and the customer service left a lot to be desired. I asked a sales person a question and tho he was doing something at the time he did not even look round at me and half heartedly answered my question I also asked him another question he was quite dismissive so I wouldn’t have got anything from this shop if they had been giving it away

Great service, and even though we totally forgot to collect our board & skis until the start of this season(!), they dusted them off, stripped down the storage wax and let us have them for the original 'deal' price. No charge for storage either....!!
