John has been so unbelievably friendly and helpful with me and my friend today! He explained everything thoroughly when we were looking at a jacket (and didn’t much about the brand) and explained how to take care of the jacket. It was lovely to be served by John who was a really great employee. Thanks John! My boyfriend loves the coat by the way!!
I was in this store last night after work and I was super impressed with how helpful the staff member was. I didn’t get his name unfortunately he had glasses and he was working upstairs. He was so helpful which I find rare in shops these days.

Staff fantastic. Actually took the time to chat about what's right for you rather than what's the highest sell they can make. Will always shop @ this store over and abovr every other store. Fantastic

Went in with my son who was looking for North Face trousers - asked the greeter about a kids/youth section and was led to what we were looking for and he even found the sizes we needed. Great service and attention to detail - a very much needed throw back to old fashioned customer service
Some top quality mountain gear in this shop (as expected). Also some cold weather fashion stuff. Always find it very annoying that the price tags are deliberately hidden away in the left outside pocket - stupid annoying policy (lost one star for this fact). I've been in the shop several times and walked out out of frustration due to this fact.
