   It may well have a “wheelchair accessible”entrance as shown in the Google listing but within 6 feet of that entrance there are two steps across the width of the (very recently refitted) shop. These steps would have been very easily ramped in the shop refit but they have clearly made a decision that wheelchair users are not welcome. The fact that public users cannot edit this to being inaccessible suggests they are also trying to cover up their ableist decision. Saying “we can get things for you” is essentially saying “we don’t want people with disabilities browsing”.

   Selection is poor and repetitive throughout the store. Even when you suggest on two separate occasions you are just looking you will have a member of staff on you if you even dare to touch an item. I suggested to a member of staff I was just browsing, I then decided to look a little closer at a particular jacket.....all of a sudden I am being bombarded with the technical information of the jacket, when before even considering this I was more interested in the fit and finish. This was extremely hampered by the member of staff giving me a run down which was extremely off putting. And killed the browsing and analysis of the goods. I zipped up the jacket and left. And because of the lack of choice I have decided to order online
