The ordering process was straightforward, and the items were ready for delivery after 1.5 months. However, despite receiving an email to collect my order from the Edinburgh store, I found it closed on both Monday and Thursday when I went to pick it up. I've requested a full refund because I can't justify wasting more time and money only to find the shop unexpectedly shut. Avoid ordering from them. A local tailor can easily create a similar logo on a shirt. I faced significant pushback when requesting the refund. Ultimately, they only issued it after I informed them I would dispute the transaction with my bank due to non-receipt of the goods.

I have ordered a few items over the years. I have always used the on-line page and collected at the store. It has been very straightforward process.

Their new supplier, Woodbank, is poor quality. The branded polo shirts are almost transparent and you can see the labels through the material. Only 35% cotton too.

AVOID at all costs! Once they have your money they don’t give a hoot about the uniform or if it ever gets to you. Disgusting service! Don’t know how they have managed to get a contract providing uniforms to Edinburgh schools but don’t offer any type of delivery, if you can’t get into the shop personally then forget it!!!

Went into the shop to discuss what I needed. Was told they would email me the the mock ups and a price but I never heard. Have emailed twice to chase them up and heard nothing. It wasn’t a big order so maybe that’s why. I was trying to support a local business but received no service whatsoever. Very disappointing experience.

Very poor service. Didn't get my order even after a month. Just plenty of email stating that it would be dispatched soon. Requested a refund, I hope I at least get my money back.

I have tried to call at least 50 times today no one answers. I went into store as placed my order 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received for my sons first day at school. They PROMISED they would update me today and assured me it would be on the van by today. 5pm so my sons first day of school he will have to go with no uniform. All other parents I have spoken to ordered AFTER me and received weeks ago. I have been chasing this for 4 weeks I’m utterly disgusted by the service received

Tegan and Steve are very likeable people, however my experience with them has cost me a lot of money and left me with flooring I'm not entirely happy with and a degree of frustration. In March I visited their shop in Dundee street, selected the flooring and tiling we wanted for our new build home. Tegan was very helpful in suggesting a local carpet company as well as advising us on the best flooring for us. Tegan was aware that we had dogs and reassured us that the flooring would be resistant to dogs even though my wife raised concerns. Thankfully we changed our minds from having engineered wooden flooring for the lounge and hallway, just to the hallway. Anyway, we arranged a window of three days when the flooring and tiling could be installed prior to our completion date and agreed this with Tegan. Sadly delays in the build meant the completion date being delayed by a month. In this time Tegan informed us we could no longer get sufficient quantity of the tiles we selected for our kitchen, entrance and utility and asked if we would be happy to accept smaller sized tiles of the same style for the entrance and utility, we agreed. A week before installation Tegan informed us that the wooden flooring we selected was also no longer available and sent images of suitable alternatives, we selected a new flooring and confirmed it would be of the same quality as the original flooring we selected (we did select a premium quality as we felt it would be more durable). The Friday before Installation was due to be completed, the flooring and tiles were delivered and safely stored in our new house, sadly the Sub flooring was delivered onto our driveway, with no cover even though it was raining. Our Builders had the foresight to cover the sub flooring for us. To Tegan credit, she did travel from Edinburgh to Fife to help move the flooring under cover. We were informed that the installation couldn't be installed in the three day window we had anticipated ( we needed the flooring to be installed prior to completion date to take advantage of being Zero rated for VAT)and I was introduced to Steve. Its fair to say it didn't get off to a good start, my wife was in tears and we were on the brink of cancelling our order, when Steve dropped his bombshell that he would charge us a handling fee to cancel the order and remove the materials from sight. He also accused us of cancelling the order even though it was purely a postponement due to our builders being subject to delays. Given that if we wanted flooring for when we moved in, then we were between a rock and a hard place. After calming the conversation we agreed a plan of action that we could work with. Be warned, when getting a flooring installed by Devine Walls and Floors, although Steve runs both companies, you are dealing with two companies, the material supply and fitting. The tiler (Jim) did a great job of the installation working long hours to ensure we had the job finished, even though at one period he left site after a falling out with Steve, but did return to finish the job. Steve installed the flooring himself, and to be fair did a good job, however the first few boards did scratch and he warned us that the flooring we had scratched easily and we would need to take care. This wasn't what we expected and weren't happy. Even before the installation was finished our dogs had scratched the flooring. Steve reassured us he would return to replace the damaged flooring and left some of the beading off the floor to make remedial work easier. We pad the bill being reassured that the flooring would be repaired, we were reassured Steve would have a date for mid July. Tegan has sent a flooring cleaning kit! We are still waiting for a date for the work to be done and in the meantime the flooring is getting worse and now the grouting on the tiles in the kitchen has started cracking too. Tegan has been very difficult to communicate with via email and simply ignores them.
