Ideal location Premier Inn with train station within easy walking distance to take you straight into central Glasgow or The Hydro. Check in member of staff was very friendly and explained about the current works including the restaurant which was closed. She was apologetic when she needn't be as there was a warning of this when booking this hotel already. There was a complimentary take away continental breakfast for the morning to help compensate. Hotel room was fab - superbly comfy bed, amazing shower and just general, all round comfort plus there was no works noise before we checked out in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Rubbish hotel, even by Premier Inn standards! To be fair, half the building was under renovation, which conveniently wiped out about 4 or 5 parking spaces. The room was… fine. Nothing special, but it is a Premier Inn after all, so expectations were already low. The shower had all the power of a polite drizzle, and the Wi-Fi was so bad I couldn’t even load an email might as well have sent a carrier pigeon. On the bright side, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which just about saved the stay from being a total washout (unlike the shower).

Stayed here during a 4 day family holiday in Glasgow. The hotel was great location for me and my family. Halal places were 15mins drive away with very good motorway links so made it that much easier for us to grab food. Check in was quick and seamless. Didn’t have any major issue, the only small issue we had was the room was extremely hot but hotel did provide fans in their room but didn’t really help with cooling the room down. Overall a pleasant stay!

The room was very clean, spacious, and had a large television. It was a very handy location. Our only issue was the heat, no air conditioning, just a fan which did an ok job, but it was hard to sleep as the room was just so warm. The cleaning staff were very friendly, we would definitely use this hotel again.

Literally on the doorstep of the M74. Very friendly and helpful staff from reception desk, to housekeeping. Also, all members of staff from the pub next door that i interacted with, were very friendly and nothing was too much trounle for them. (food: lunch and dinner = not bad, breakfast = very good)

me & friends went to this premier inn, we tried too book in as normal with the man and women at reception. they told us that we just weren’t going to let us in due to ‘terms and conditions’ may i add that we were between the ages of 16-18 & we spent 6hrs getting here with no way home till the morning and they were just not letting us in. the way they were speaking to us were with pure attitude and was so horrible to us through out us trying to expain that we have no where else to go. especially when we had no money as they weren’t giving it back and they said the only way we would be aloud in is if we booked a separate room which was £90. one of my friends had to call their mum due to us being stressed and unsure on what to, she managed to talk to the women and man. the man finally gave up and said ‘ take your money back then i’ll give you a refund but it will take 15 days to come through ‘ he wasn’t the nicest about it but atleast we got the money back. we decided just to leave as we didn’t feel comfartable staying there after how we had been treated and when we looked back you could see them laughing at us.

Some rooms are dated. Last room I stayed in was like walking into the 90s with a 14” TV, no USB or network ports, minimal power sockets and bad lighting. But the room I'd stayed in previously had mood lighting, widescreen TV with HDMI and USB ports. Usually books up quickly so ask for an updated room but don't be miffed if they tell you there's none available.

Standard Premier Inn offering. Good price and convenient location just off the motorway. Breakfast ok. Disappointing evening meal offering from the pub next door though. Bland food, poorly presented - I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Hotel room first class, clean comfortable. Shame about breakfast, no plates no cups, no orange juice, asked had to wait over 5mins. No apology offered. Not worth the money
