   Got this room for 2 adults through booking.com for night we called up before coming to ask if their was netflix/youtube on the tv and they said yes by our surprise we walk into the room and it is has small as a bathroom and the tv is literally the size of a computer with only satellite programs on it we were highly disappointed as they lied and made us think that all room were accommodated with a streaming platforms also when we booked the room through booking.com it showed the rooms as being spacious not this box of a room also our check out time was at 11am and we had woken up at 9 am tell me why the rooms service tried to walk into our room after knocking once what if we were sleeping very confused. i don’t recommend this place at all

   We got a room upgrade to club for no reason at all, thanks for that. Clean, quiet, easy to find. Comfortable beds, not more you'd need for this. The wifi wasn't very fast, but worked fine on youtube, so can't complain. Friendly receptionist. Well done.

   I was overcharged for wine per glass. Around £4-5 when I called to discuss I was told I needed a receipt to query. I was not given one. I explained this and just wonder if this happened to more people. Who may not take time to write a review. I have no way of getting a refund, so just be looking out for this when at the hotel and best query then and there. Don’t make mistake I made and leave it to later to check your account.

   We were so pleased we chose Number 10 Hotel as our wedding venue. The day ran so smoothly, staff were incredible, and the food was sublime. Our guests commented on how well organised the day was, and this was largely down to our fabulous co-ordinator Heather. From day one we felt in safe hands, and we had a day that we really wanted, and both couldn't be happier. Special mention to Tam and Neil who were fantastic. Thank you Heather, and all of the team, for making our day unforgettable- for all the right reasons!

   It's an older hotel but we'll maintained. The rooms are some small, at least the one we had, but fine. It is a stretch away from the city center. The train station is a ten minute walk and brings tou to the city center in about 20 min. But there's a park in front of the hotel and on the other site of it you'll find a few good restaurants.

   Amazing hotel! Booked for one night, the staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to be helpful. My room was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. Bed incredibly comfortable, great nights sleep. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice and again wonderful staff taking care of everything! Just brilliant- highly recommended.

   Stayed here for two night. Room was very small which I was pre warned about when booking. In hindsight was probably overcharged considering how small it actually was however that was compensated by how helpful and friendly the staff are. The hotel is incredibly clean and luxuriously furnished. Bed could however be a little softer. I didn’t get the chance to use the restaurant however judging by the rest of my experience it would have been spot on. I do query the 4 star rating though. All in all a great experience and would definitely book this hotel again and will certainly recommend to friends.

   I was at Number 10 Hotel for a post funeral lunch. The management and staff coped admirably with larger than expected numbers. The food was extremely good quality and the service superb. It is a very smart venue which I would certainly recommend. We'll done folks!

   Food was beautiful, staff friendly and relaxed. This was a very busy night in hotel with private functions but food and service for customers in restaurant was not compromised at all. Have had a few functions in this hotel and always spot on. Thanks for a good night

   Stayed here as was recommended by a friend. As we were travelling by motorcycle asked if there was parking to be told no and would have to park on road. On a arrival soaked was met by very nice female receptionist who found me somewhere to park on premise she was very helpful not bothering that reception looked like it had been flooded. Rooms very clean tidy and spacious breakfast and morning staff helpful.
