Clean, if in need of an upgrade, great staff, would stay again. Having stayed here a few more times, have to say that this Premier Inn has some of the best staff. Friendly, helpful, kind and efficient, I cannot recommend this place highly enough because of them.
Lisa at the front desk was so lovely. I failed to make a reservation but thought I had and she was really reassuring and accommodating. People like this make a big difference in stressful situations!

Don't be put off by the rather forbidding exterior, this is a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. There is no restaurant but there was a decent pub next door called The Bruce (which is not run by Premier Inn). However, the breakfast is provided on-site by the hotel. It's within easy reach of both the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies, plus Larbert station is less than 5 mins drive away (and has free parking) which I used to head into Glasgow. No aircon, but my room faced some trees and the window had been left open plus there was a fan provided, so I was fine (in August). I really enjoyed my two nights here.
Great location, rooms were quiet but did let some light in due to the positioning of the curtains. However the highlight was all the lovely staff. The lady working on the evening of the 1st was friendly and helpful, as were the brilliant staff on breakfast service who were more than happy to support and advise on allergens. They're a credit to the hotel
Can't fault this Premier Inn. Clean, tidy, with a warm welcome - as one would expect. Breakfast was likewise as expected, plentiful and tasty. Conveniently located with good Rod access.
Good hotel with comfy beds and in a great location. Felt very let down by the choice of breakfast, some items were running low and not replaced unless you asked and a limited choice. Have paid the same price at other hotels with a much bigger choice of food, so feel the cost charged for breakfast isn't worth it.
We have stayed at Premier Inn Falkirk (Larbert) for almost over three weeks and had an absolute pleasure of staying here. All the staff members especially our friend Richard at reception was Fabulous and very accommodating in every aspect. Its a very collegial and warm environment. Highly recommend to everyone!
