The staff make this place! They are by far some of the friendliest people we have met. Big shout out to Charlene last night who was amazing with our daughter. She bent over backwards for us and really helped at a time when our daughter sometimes get a bit ratty. It made our evening memorable and fun. The food is now served in a small restaurant within the hotel rather than the pub next door. The menu is smaller but sometimes a reduced menu makes it easier to choose. The food for tea and breakfast was both great. The rooms are standard premier inn, there was a little leak in our bathroom but it didn't affect anything working. working.

Beautiful clean room with the most amazing bed! Tea and coffee provided with a kettle, TV, and luxurious towels. Free Wi-Fi too, which works very well. Fantastic staff, totally recommend.

Location perfect for Loch Lomond, easy to get to. Breakfast and dinner was lovely and service good! Only downside was that the internet service was terrible, even when we upgraded to the ‘premium’ service and paid the additional £5, it kept cutting out. Same with the TV, didn’t work for us.

Without a doubt the worst PI I’ve had the misfortune of staying in. Rooms are standard layout but as with most Premiers I’ve stayed at the heating doesn’t usually work. Also if staying more than a night the rooms aren’t serviced unless you tell them at reception you want it done. There’s no standalone restaurant here just a canteen affair carved out of six former bedrooms: it’s inadequate for the size of the hotel. The standard of the food is ok but very limited especially if staying for more than a night (or two at a stretch). Service is mediocre but expect to wait at the door for several minutes before being attended to, to be allocated a table (if one is available). WiFi is diabolical no doubt deliberately so in an attempt to scam £5 per 24hrs for what maybe a better speed. If you think you’re going to use your phone for internet access you’ll be pleased to know that like most PI’s they’re situated in locations where the signal is weak and doesn’t penetrate the walls of the building! Location has easy access to A82 with a Costa and Starbucks a short walk away. Other than that nothing to recommend it: you certainly won’t be going on a scenic walk from here. Staff are helpful and pleasant but that’s the only redemption for a poor excuse for a bed and roof over your head!

I was a bit worried about coming here after reading some of the reviews, but it was perfect! We arrived about 7pm. The reception staff were very friendly, very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, everything that was supposed to be here, was here, towels, tea, coffee etc. Very comfortable bed, as always with premier inns. We went to the restaurant next door, ordered some food, they brought it to reception when it was ready, and the 2 lovely receptionists brought it to our room! The food was hot, very good quality, and good value! Overall, I'd be more than happy to return here and recommend it to others. There are some very poor reviews, but our experience was perfect!

I visited this place not too long ago and overall my experience was good greeted by the friendly woman behind the desk she was very professional and helpful. The staff are overall friendly and they make you feel welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds very comfy only downfall is for the light sleepers make sure to have earplugs as it's located near a busy road but overall had a pleasant stay.

Outstanding. Spent a night here as I was passing through on my way up to Skye. Perfect pit stop. Everything was immaculate, clean and fresh. Bed was comfy, big TV, huge bathroom. The whole building was quiet, no slamming doors or shouting. The staff were very friendly and cared about customer service. Prices are great as well! It ticked all of the boxes and a few more. Can't go wrong with a Premier Inn
