   I just want to say I massive thank you to all staff that assisted me yesterday in the shop. I had seizures in the shop and had to go to hospital in the end but I am so incredibly greatful for all there help!!! Incredible team.

   Staff in this store (Entertainer Coliseum, CheshireOaks) were genuinely lovely and helpful. Particularly the cashier Jamie, who was able to give us more information about the product we bought as a gift. We had an excellent shopping experience.

   Fab store! Always clean and tidy. Despite how busy it was, Jamie was incredibly helpful, he took the time to explain products on offer at the tills and even got someone to go get a frozen bag that I didn’t see! True knowledge is knowing where something is and that you have it without even moving from your till. Really nicely stocked and plenty of range of products. Also really well laid out and easy to find what you need, and if you can’t there’s plenty of friendly staff around to help you out!

   Grandaughter couldn't decide what she wanted but staff allowed us to wander round and look without pestering. When I needed advice the staff member took me to the toy I wanted and was very helpful and polite. Would recommend

   Still find it weird that this place shuts on a Sunday Shop well layed out in sections and pretty well stocked/clean. Bit of a queue at till but they opened more. Service non existent as focused in clearing queue.

   Went in with my daughter to have a look around. Asked a lovely lady if they stocked beanie bellies, she went out into the back to look. She came out with a box full of them whilst my daughter decided which one to pick. Top notch customer service this in my eyes. Well done. Sorry I didn’t catch her name.

   Great experience. Was gifted a dinosaur for my son for Xmas and it became faulty. We couldn't find the receipt however rang up and spoke to Andy who managed to find the receipt details on their system so we could get an exchange. Top customer service
