   I recently had an ethernet installation done in my flat by Alex, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The connection is incredibly fast and stable, making a huge differene for gaming. The installation was done professionally by Alex, with minimal disruption, and the setup looks neat and organized.    Alex (and Scott and Keith) did a fantastic job wiring up our house with cat6 ethernet and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Given the age of our property, I was a bit hestitant in the run-up to the project, but Alex did a great job communicating, setting expectations and overcoming any challenge that came his way. I was really impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the job, which ended up being a lot less disruptive than I had expected - a real credit to Alex's experience in this field. Really happy with everything and Alex was also just a great guy to chat to and learn from. Thanks again!

   Excellent and professional experience from start to finish working with Alex (and Scott). They undertook significant improvements to our wifi network, and wall mounted several new televisions, linking in well with the Sky engineer who also needed to be on site. Their work was exceptionally neat (cabling hidden and no need for any redecoration!) and everything completed in the time they said. Alex clearly had great experience and planned the detailed work only when he was onsite and could assess the potential problems and options. I would have no hesitation in using Alex again.

   I finally got round to installing projector and home cinema system into our old victorian terraced house. Alex was recommended and from the first visit (in which he turned up on time, no small feat these days)it was obvious he was a professional who knew exactly what was needed. The actual installation happened on a Saturday, in the middle of the snowy weather, and was completed on time and on budget. Alex and Scott basically turned up and just got on with it with minimal fuss. The actual installation is fantastic and we are delighted with the result. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Custom Install to friends and family.

   Getting a new extension built meant I could indulge in creating a perfect Sound & Vision system. Having settled on a Sonos built-in Sound system and Samsung 4K TV I was advised to speak with Alex. With the extension at a very early stage Alex made sure that all technical questions were answered and without pushing he advised the best cost effective system that would suit the surroundings and give the best results. Alex is like myself - detail driven. He always turned up when agreed. I judge things on different factors and one of these was Alex work van, which was immaculate - this gave me a feeling that his work standards were high. This was indeed the case. Alex ensured that the system was "future proofed" as decisions as to Sky/Virgin etc had not been decided, therefore he ensured that this was not an issue. He put in the initial cabling in a fast, efficient manner with zero impact to the rest of the house. The final result has been exactly as planned and promised, even to the point of Alex creating a "dummy TV" to put on the wall to gauge size and position. If you want the job done efficiently from someone who is passionate about the end customer result and knows his technology then Alex and Custom Install is the right choice.

   We asked Alex to install the integrated AV system into our new build house after talking to a number of firms in the Glasgow area. Right from the start he provided a first class professional service. He came to visit us to discuss what we wanted to achieve and the options we had within our budget. He took the time to described in terms we could understand how it would work, how it would be installed and gave us real confidence in what we were about to buy. That was important, as the technology was completely new to us. When the time came for the installation he liaised seamlessly with the construction foreman and the developer to ensure everything went smoothly. The system was beautifully fitted with all the working neatly hidden away and with no mess or disruption. He set the system to work and talked us through how to get the most out of each of the components. He provided the system as described, on time, within budget and much better than we could have possibly imagined. The after sale support has been great as well. Our AV system has proved to be a joy and has enhanced our experience of the new home. We would highly recommend Alex to anyone thinking of including AV equipment in their home or office.
