Had a problem with my oven tripping the electrics...tried replacing a part to no avail so ordered a new oven from them which was in situ 48 hours later. Cannot fault their customer service one bit...John was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
Recommended. Excellent advice, communication and service. Recently bought a Hisense fridge freezer as our old one was on the way out. New one is great and even has a chilled water dispenser. Delivery was on time, old item removed and new one in place very quickly. Went back to the shop to say thank you and came out with a Bosch vacuum cleaner! Marvellous!
After a service visit to my mother we found that her machine needed to be replaced. John was exceptional and the installation went very smoothly. Cannot recommend them enough - not often you get such good service. Thank you.

I noticed the bad (two star) review was left by someone who lives in New York USA, and has not lived in Stroud for some time now. A very reliable and good business which I love using.
Very good at selling but zilch at aftercare. Just not interested in giving any help after they have received money for the appliance. I had difficulties with my Bosch washer/dryer. I was told I had to get in touch with Bosch. The appliance wasn't pushed in far enough so couldn't access a cupboard. I am still waiting for them to call - 2 months. A friend did it for me. Dreadful company and I can't think why they are still in business. I expected more from a local firm. Yes, it was just before Christmas and I had just moved into my house and as a single, older person had so much to do so I stand by my review. And I didn't cancel but postponed but still never saw anyone!!

Hi Thought I would write a review about my recent experience with Cotswold Appliances. Purchased a fridge freezer for my mother who needed the old fridge freezer removed. I did explain that it would take a while for her to get to the door so give, he a bit of time. Both the delivery guys were fantastic with my mother connecting the appliance up as well as removing the old unit. The office was also extremely helpful when purchasing and phoned an hour before the delivery to get my mum ready. 5-star outfit who would be my first choice for any further purchases Yours Jerry Ballinger
Fantastic customer service! My washing machine broke down on Tuesday and they had an engineer who got it up and running the very next day. The engineer was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I also use this company for my vacuum cleaner servicing. Would definitely recommend.
