    I had a very poor experience with Appliance City. I bought a fridge freezer and the delivery/service was unacceptable. The driver took the bolts from my gate, ripped the lino in my kitchen during delivery, and didn’t even connect the fridge freezer as had been agreed beforehand. To make matters worse, Nick, who was dealing with my complaint, never bothered to come back to me with any solution or resolution. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely frustrating. This caused damage to my property and a lot of unnecessary hassle after what should have been a straightforward delivery. Poor service from start to finish — avoid.

    Delivered surprisingly fast, even during the busy Christmas and New Year period, which was a pleasant surprise. The Samsung dual oven was priced the same as other major retailers, but Appliance City stood out by offering free delivery. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, from ordering to delivery. Overall, a great experience with Appliance City Nottingham and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others

    UPDATE (13/11): BJS failed to send you a video of the other side of the waste pipe, as that is where it should have been installed. The installers should know where to fit it, they didn’t have a clue. It’s also very poor customer service that I keep needing to update this review to reply to your responses via Google reviews. If you’d just reply to my emails to your customer services team, I’m sure we can get this resolved amicably! Charge £39 to install washing machine but don’t install it. They use BJS for delivery and installation but the drivers were clueless. Tried to leave without installing, then when prompted to fit the machine, they had no idea how to do it, took some photos and made excuses to their boss on the phone. There’s water supply and drainage from a previous machine being there. When contacting customer services, they showed zero care that the machine wasn’t fitted and refused to refund the installation fee. Claimed there’s something in the T&Cs to say we aren’t entitled to the money back. Avoid if you want honesty.

    Very good customer services in a sector where customer service when you most need it most is often non existent. These guys will take telephone calls, whereas others only respond by WhatsApp or email., often with hours' or days' delay They have been very are helpful in getting us the appliance we need. On one occasion we had to return an item which was a size too big and they took care of this without charging us more. Very happy with them. Highly recommended.

    Bought a LG fridge and washer dryer on multibuy Jan 2023 from Appliance City. Great help & communication from sales manager Mark. Outstanding delivery from drivers Mark and Arron who managed to squeeze a large American Fridge Freezer through a tight doorway with ease. True professionals. Excellent tracking system too. Would definitely recommend.

    Decided to let me know at 4.22pm Friday that I would not be getting my delivery on the Saturday even though I had ordered it 8 days previous, decided they wanted to bring it on the following Wednesday which was no good as I was at work. My new kitchen was planned around this so now I’ve tradesman turning up when I don’t have my fridge freezer. Asked for a full refund hopefully they will be quicker than telling me I wasn’t getting my delivery.

    Brilliant Internet shopping experience. We purchased 3 kitchen appliances, namely a Bosch dishwasher, Elicia cooker hood and a Zanussi electric double oven. If you're buying more than one item you just phone and they give good discounts on bulk purchases. They have a price promise too, if you see what you want elsewhere cheaper. As they use their own delivery drivers the service is first class. Everything was in stock and delivered within a couple of days of ordering. Fantastic service, highly recommended. Thank you so much Appliance City! Will definitely use you again. Meanwhile we're still waiting for our electric hob from John Lewis which should have arrived yesterday. No tracking available with John Lewis and poor delivery communication. Unfortunately Appliance City didn't have the one we wanted in stock.
