   I think some of the reviews give this place a bad rep, in the end of the day he has a business to run. I had dismantled my Dyson, found the issue and he gave him good advice regardless of the vacuum cleaner not being fixable or in a state of disrepair. If I was him I too would not take on jobs where folks have taken things apart - in the end you are liable if it goes wrong and likewise he needs the time and energy to work out what’s wrong from his perspective regardless of how big or small. £25 towards diagnosis is a very fair price in my eyes.

   Worst service, very rude man who wouldn’t even let me speak to explain the issue. My vacuum didn’t need taking apart to fix as it didn’t have a major issue. All I was looking for was his advice and maybe for the vacuum to be deep cleaned. Ridiculous experience, would highly recommend going anywhere but here

   Very unhelpful service Refuse to work with certain brands including Vax and Hoover Would give no advise on issue or where else we could go to get repairs. Left shop quite shaken

   Time wasters. Explained the problem on the phone and that I had stripped and cleaned the unit but couldn’t get it back together. I was told to bring all the pieces in, which I did. When I got there however I was told they would not touch it. It’s their right to not accept jobs, but tell me on the phone and don’t waste an hour of my day off. Went to another shop who fixed it for £20 in 10 minutes.
