   Why northwich had 3 b and m stores is beyond me, this one being the smallest and the worst of them all. Very small, car park is always flooded and poorly set out in a way you feel like you have to walk around the whole store just to get around it.

   Went B and M yesterday to buy plants and I was apauled by how dry every single plant and flower was. Nothing had been watered for days bone dry. Wanted a lot of plants. Went to B and Q instead and spent £120

   Always very helpful staff. One thing I have to say to people reading this is, I went to Pets at home, next door to buy my dogs food. In addition, I always buy a good selection of treats for him, which I did. I went into B & M for a look around. To my surprise, the exact same treats were there at least 25% cheaper !! I bought them, popped back in to Pets at home to see if I could be refunded as I'd saved £5.29 !! They refunded me in full without any problems at all, I have to say Pets at home are always very helpful too

   I hope this store doesn't close down now the bigger one has opened on the retail park as it is easy to use lidl, pets at home and B&M all from the same carpark. The one in town isn't as accessible as the carpark is too far away when you are carrying heavy bags or boxes you need to put straight in the boot.

   Was going to give this joke of an establishment a 1 star for the complete lack of toilets (ended up peeing my pants) until I walked out the door and witnessed what was honestly the worst thing ever: the manager decided it was a good idea to put bird seed outside where I assume 2 pigeons employed by the manager were sat outside eating the bird seed while they were supposed to be working. Sort it out guys, this is stupid.

   Well stocked but need more staff and there prices have gone up a lot. How can the prices go up when the stock was bought at cheap price over 12 month ago and sat in warehouse, but now selling at top price. Is a joke.

   A smaller B and M store where you can get your essentials. They don't have as an extensive range as the larger B and M in Barons Quay, but they usually have what you need. When I went in today it did look a bit messy, but perhaps that is because they are between seasons and bringing out the Christmas stock. Floor staff could he a little friendlier and acknowledge you, till staff where nice enough. I don't make an effort to visit this B and M store, it's more of an 'if I'm in the area and need something, I will pop in' kind of store, unlike the B and M in barons quay which I would go in just to browse.
