Went to the store expecting a good shopping experience being in large city and all I can say is that it is like a mammoth jumble sale! I have a mobility scooter and it was almost impossible to negotiate the cramped aisles and avoid the buckets on the floor catching the rain water! It was overwhelming to find anything you wanted and left empty handed unfortunately, travelled over an hour to be thoroughly disappointed, will stick to the smaller better presented stores in future.

Easily the worst store to buy from. Products are just thrown all over the shop floor with next to no planning. You ask staff for help and they look at you like you're an alien and are mostly aren't doing anything but making themselves 'look' busy. The Tills are constantly under staffed so why not replace the ones who are stood around gawking at everyone else.

Total mess. Boxes and cages everywhere all left unattended. Not very accessible. As a person with mobility problems and requiring a scooter/wheelchair, it was awful to try and manoeuvre around the store. Every bit of floor space seems to be used to there is minimal room to get around. Missed half the store as a lot of aisles were inaccessible. Yotallybstressful experience. Will not visit again

One of thoes shops you can go in with the intention of buying 1 item and come out with so much things you didn't realise you needed and could spend ages looking around and a great selection of Halloween and Christmas decorations at a good price Note at the time of this post parking has a 4 hour limit please check signs in carpark for details if you intend on visiting other stores here.

items marked clearly on all blinds got to the till and was charged an extra £2 apparently they can do this if you don't pay then you can't have items and all will be removed from shelves so check before payment several friends have also had the same member of staff said its always happening!

Took my disabled eldery mum in here. It was a nightmare to walk around the store safely as there were stacks of cardboard boxes piled high everywhere. Blocking up aisles and walk ways..we could not push the wheelchair without coming across across these..we could not manoeuvre around so had to walk a different way to then come across more stuff in the way...Also the toilets were DISGUSTING!.. not one single toilet had any toilet paper in it..empty cardboard loo rolls were over the floor in all toilets and in one toilet there was even a dirty sanitary towel and pantie liner on the floor..That had not even been mopped either...This store is going down hill ..shame really as it was a nice store..

I am 16 and wanted to buy hotglue refill sticks and this is a restricted item. Its amazing i can ride a motorbike, Get marreid, Pay tax, move out, join the millitary if i wanted yet i'm still restricted from buying a harmless item. :(
