Relatively small shop, didn't have what I wanted and not able to give any idea of when or even if it would be in stock again. They suggested I did a special order which I declined.
This H&B is a top-notch outlet not only for wellness products but also for skilled staff who know those products. Rarely do I recommend, but for this establishment, in our experience, I make the exception.
I don’t usually write reviews but the service I’ve just recieved so deserves one…so I needed some sage tablets as I’ve been suffering for quite some time with excessive sweating and I was greeted by a loving lady 10minutes ago who helped me find the right ones she mentioned it was BOGOF and also set a loyality card up…I must admit I haven’t recieved such a welcoming greeting like that in a long time and she deserves recognition for it…thank you again for your 5 star service and keep doing a fab job! 5 stars all the way and till definitley be returning
Went in for some vitamins for my anxiety, constantly watched from the second I entered until I left, left me really anxious... not the desired effect. I'll buy elsewhere online instead.
Rachel has been super helpful to me when i was suffering from depression she listened to me and was so understanding and kind i felt much better after a few days of taking what she suggested kind ,sympathetic ,and very helpful ,mo too was super helpful on another occasion
Mo and her team at Northwich are always, friendly, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. Thank goodness in these difficult times we have such lovely people to help us. Thank you very much I always leave the shop feeling so much better.
Helpful staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Wait for one of their penny sales where you can buy an item and get another the same for a penny (1p)
