   As i came into the shop, there weren’t many staff around. And once a young lady popped up i was asking for assistance, i understand it may have been sort of frustrating constantly having someone ask for help but some prices weren’t even up on display and overall i was asking nicely plus it is their job to help. Once i got to the counter i had made it clear that on the display for studio london it said if you buy something from minimum 8 pound you get a free setting spray, which i spent 10 and i brought the setting spray to the counter and told the lady about the free item which she later on made me pay for without me even realising. I don’t understand the point of advertising something saying it’s gonna be free if you pay a certain amount for another item if you’ll make a customer pay. It may have been a mistake but I’m honestly quite disappointed with the service.

   I’ve just been into the store in Warrington golden square and the lack of customer service was shocking. The girl at the counter didn’t speak a single word to me because she was too busy gossiping through her head set. Just pointed at the card machine when the amount came up, no please or thank you, she didn’t even bother to look up at me.

   Great store, staff were very helpful. There was quite a wait to be served due to a customer enquiry and only one till open. A lady did jump on and help and got things moving. Could do with more staff on a Saturday.

   Affordable prices. Wide range of products to choose from. However, can be a bit crowded sometimes, according to the time if the day. Definitely need to utilise your face mask.
