   I recently had my gait analysis done. I think the staff member that helped me was called Blair. He was incredibly helpful and explained the difference between shoe types very clearly. The analysis showed I've been wearing a size too small which might be linked to my pain. You could tell how passionate and knowledgeable he personally is about running as well which really helped the experience! Would recommend!

   Today I visited runner needs for a booked Running Appointment on the treadmill to understand which shoes would suit be best for my 26 mile walk and small runs. The customer service i experience from the older gentleman who likes to hill walk (sorry forgot name) was incredible. Within 30m my feat where 3d scanned and my shoe size was discovered (I've been buying shoes 1 size down for a while). The analysis from the treadmill camera exposed my right ankle been unstable and a stability style pair of shoes where recommend and given for me to test. Absolute 10/10 experience.
