   We had a lovely toastie and black coffee here today. The staff were really friendly, the service was fast and the quality was really good. We are looking forward to coming back many more times

   Stopped for an Americano coffee and bacon sandwich. It had just gone 9am but there was a steady steam of customer. This is a popular place to get your food. It has the advantage of being in the centre of park so feel peaceful amongst the trees. I dropped a star as it was unpleasant watching a customer shout at staff because her drink was not served in a takeaway cup even though she was eating in. Something to do with holding a ceramic cup. There was no need for her rudeness at a minor forgotten request to the kitchen. However, I found the staff very welcoming and pleasant and on watching them handling the irrate customer very calm!

   Pleasant cafe in Page Park. Seems like you're meant to order at a hatch outside which is a bit weird for sitting in. Some nice cakes and a good selection of drinks all at good prices. Staff are friendly and the toilets are clean. Modern, clean building. I like it but it gets busy sometimes and would be better if it was larger.

   Lovely cafe, in a fantastic family friendly setting. Good quality simple food cooked really well plus decent coffee and great cakes. Not crazy expensive either. Can't go wrong really. Only downside is that if it rains there's not much seating and it's so popular everyone piles in!

   Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty gluten-free lemon drizzle cake. Nicely flavoured coffee. Lovely location. Need more gluten-free options. Also needs faster ordering system.

   Didn't get a chance to taste the food as they still have the rule of only taking orders via the window outside on the basis that the till is set up there. I visited with two toddlers who I seated inside, tried to order inside but was told to go outside. Quite why they cannot simply take cash to the till defeats me. I was not prepared to leave the children on their own so took my business elsewhere.

   Shocking customer service! Not particularly busy when I went in, 6 people seated and no queue. Stood at counter for 3 to 4 minutes with no staff interaction (3 people behind counter, less than 4 foot away). All avoiding my gaze. I then noticed a small note taped to the counter that says you have to order from the hatch outside. So went outside, no queue. Made eye contact with one the women through the window. It was 6 degrees and howling wind with a 3 year and we stood there for 10 minutes. All the time with no staff interaction. Won't be upsetting my 3 year old again by promising them a hot chocolate from here.

   Waiting time is awful for coffee 10 minutes. Really they should say something when people are ordering about backlog in drinks.
