   Food and drink here is the standard Costs fare. Frequently overcrowded with long queues and insufficient seating. This is one of the smallest Costas in the area and often the busiest. Costa needs to find a bigger place - there are plenty of units nearby - and make sure there are enough staff to serve customers within a reasonable time frame.

   the staff in here are so lovely! they always make my day. have had a few times where they’ve given me dairy milk by mistake, but they’re all so easy going and happy to fix it

   Waited 25 minutes today for a large skinny latte, people who came in after me were getting served, spoke to the lady it was then made, no apology. Manageress is so lazy, just strolls around doing nothing. Will not use again.

   I visited this Costa on the 23rd of May around 1:30pm, there were 4 people working. It took 10 minutes to get my drink, the man on till was absolutely lovely can’t fault him, I had ordered one of the new drinks a dragonfruit refresher, I asked for mango and cloudy lemonade syrup to be added. He wrote this on my receipt. My issue was with the barista maestro on shift who was on the coffee machine. She first made my drink as a medium instead of a large which I had ordered. When I asked for the additional syrups to be added, she stated I had not paid for them which I had offered to pay for and gladly would have had she been willing to make my drink correctly. She shut me down and didn’t offer to put it through the till. The level of customer service from her was appalling. This isn’t the first time this Costa has been rude and made my drink wrong. Never had this issue anywhere else apart from at this store.

   Often very busy during peak times; in turn reducing the quality of the food and drinks. Standard costa prices. Not bad during quieter periods ☕️

   Very efficiently run. Service was speedy even at a very busy time. Tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as customers left. Coffee was good.

   The best Costa in the wider area. Only criticism is hoovering and washing the floor while cafe is still open which I dislike. Manager knows regulars, and always chatty, which is a nice bonus..
