   The guy at the till made me pay more for my coffee and when I did challenged he started all kind of excuses.. there is difference between till and billboard in price, I did challenged again and he justified saying was a double shot of coffee which obviously is s lot because I s not reported. He continued to lie even when I challenged again.. so always pay for the big size people otherwise you pay for nothing …

   My order was a vanilla latte with oat milk and the Korean bbq chicken wrap. I bit into the wrap only to realise it was completely frozen inside. I spat it out just as my server approached my table to inform me that he had made my coffee with regular milk and offered to remake it. In fairness he also replaced the wrap, even heated it up, hence the two stars for service, however my newly made coffee contained zero vanilla.

   Do not order or even think about eating the so called “Big Breakfast roll” freshly baked allegedly. Nearly vomited at the taste of the hash brown. Took it back and the very friendly staff apologised and made a fresh one from the pre cooked bacon etc. I really couldn’t eat the so called hash brown and the sausage bacon and egg were stale. Quite disgusting. Perhaps the pastries are nicer but I’ll never spend a penny here and don’t advise anyone else to do so.

   Very lovely people who serve and create amazing food. The chillie with the jacket potato is luxurious and filled me up for my plane journey. Calming music. Would definitely come back here anytime before my plane.

   Awful experience, bought a pasta salad to take on my flight. When I opened it was completely mouldy and inedible. Too late to take it back and so I emailed the company. I have now emailed twice with no response. Awful customer service, will not be buying from them again.

   I visit Soho 4 times a month at Bristol Airport. The coffee is good every time. Good taste and aroma. Nice and friendly service. The opening hours are incorrect, I've never seen it open after 9pm, although the owner says it's open until midnight.

   I had the pleasure of visiting Soho in the Bristol Airport this afternoon and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to offer suggestions or recommendations. The coffee itself was absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed their oat latte which had a perfect balance of flavors. The caramel shortcake I tried was fresh and decadent, the perfect complement to my coffee. The shop also had a great selection of sandwiches and salads for lunch, which looked and smelled amazing. Overall, I highly recommend Soho to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

   Delightful staff; upbeat atmosphere; good food & not expensive for airport prices! Really sweet lady sent me the Playlist (wirhin minutes!) of me asking about the music playing in the background ... great experience albeit only a transient one: we'll chose Soho next time though for sure. Thank you.

   Food is almost disgusting.We tried fullsoho (English breackfast) and one "pan au chocolat", both NOT GOOD. But cappuccino is very nice, super foam and good taste.
