   Over the weekend I went twice. They had lovely coffee and lovely staff. The two that stuck out to me were Ulysses and Catrin, they were welcoming and talkative. Would definetely go back.

   Fantastic experience! Even on a busy Saturday, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. The team was friendly, upbeat, and clearly cared about their customers. The whole place was spotless — clean tables, tidy floors, and well-kept facilities. Definitely one of the best coffee spots around!

   We ordered the White hot chocolate, Pecan Latte, Victoria sponge slice and a pecan pie. The white hot chocolate was very disappointing. It seemed like it was steamed milk with a small quantity of white chocolate syrup. The pecan latte was nice. The coffee blend used is very pleasant with a nice foam, would have liked a more pronounced pecan flavour though. The cake slice was lovely, sweet with a fairly short texture. The pecan pie was nice and flavoursome. This place is nicely decorated and a cozy place to chill.

   We ordered hot chocolate, chocolate frappe and decaf oat latte and salted caramel slice. Best decaf latte in Bristol I would say. Staff are friendly. A very nice place to sit and relax and enjoy with my friends.

   Great place to grab a drink and have a quick bite. The location is really convenient. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The tomato cheese sandwich is mouth watering. Coffee and views are also good. They also had a decent washroom you can use and complimentary drinking water station which was a nice touch.

   I must admit I'm not used to cities any longer. Food and drinks were comparatively expensive, Noisy inside, the main door closing device was broken and it seems very few people know how to close a door. However, by the amount of people, it would seem popular.

   A really pleasant place with amazingly good coffee. Visit for early lunch meetings and always able to find a seat that's not too noisy. However, upstairs the tables are often in need of a wipe.

   They served us in takeaway cups... on second round, I have asked for normal cup and was told they are closing soon. Fair enough. However, I was pointed to free water station with glass glasses. Honestly, you have cups on the counter, dishwasher, whats the problem. Coffee#1 advertise themselves us sustainable... Really???

   Consistently sullen rude staff - coffees are either watery or unpleasant or you have to wait ages until you get your coffee - not the best place to go! Despite the pleasant decor the staff are very unfriendly!
