What a great hotel! We came for breakfast and the service was top notch. Nicky was friendly and very helpful. The food was great, we had a veggie and meat full English which was served quickly and tasted very good. Would recommend!
Fantastic stay at this lovely pub hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was quiet and very comfortable with the relaxing sound of the By Brook nearby. The fish n chips dinner was a slight let down because it lacked taste and the mushy peas were stodgy and salty, but the the full English breakfast was excellent. The location is superb and you can walk or drive to pretty villages nearby if that’s your thing. Overall this is a great place to stay and we recommend it highly.
We had a lovely time at The White Hart Ford. The bar and eating area was lovely. The room was a tad small but adequate. It was quite cold and the radiators werent operational, but there was a small fire heater which helped. The staff were friendly and accommodating. If its convenience and good food youre after I would recommend.
Had a meal here with a friend a few weeks ago. One of us had a food intolerance and staff were super attentive and went out of their way to check ingredients lists, and even to provide alternative options. Good was also delicious. Thank you! We'll definitely be coming again with our families. Please can improve the lighting in the car park area, it's a little spooky late at night!
Our stay at the White Hart Ford was lovely! Quaint, charming, and quiet location for our three-night stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Nikki helped us arrange an early AM taxi to the airport when Uber was not available. The Sunday roast was amazing! Overall, wonderful time and happy to have gotten to experience this adorable place.
We had the festive menu. The food was delicious. The waitress brought us crackers, which was a lovely touch. The puddings were very nice, too. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Eve.
It is not very often I admire somewhere this much. This place is simply amazing! The rooms are perfect, cozy and has a warm touch with all the decor and lightning. The food; I don't have the necessary words in my vocabulary to describe how awesome it was. Simply the best burger I've ever had in the UK in the last 5 years I've spent. The chicken is so awesome, even my wife had it without any complaints.(I am still in shock) And the prices are really reasonable too. The staff is awesome and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
An extremely lovely pub with friendly staff and excellent food. The fish and ships were one of the best I’ve ever had. We stayed there for one night and the rooms were tidy, spacious and quiet since the pub is off the road. The beds are very comfy. We came to the Cotswolds from Germany for a long weekend and it takes just 45min from Bristol airport. There are lovely walks from there, like the round walk to castle comb we did. I can definitely recommend it!
As soon as we arrived we were given a very warm welcome by the manager. ALL the staff were extremely kind and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and very comfortable. All the meals were excellent and cooked to a very high standard. As for the location it was simply lovely. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.
