    Poor service from the landlord. Very abrupt and rude . Maybe thats why it's so quite in there. Shame as this could be a great venue . I would never go back.

    Really great host and atmosphere and space for my 30th birthday party! Jonny was very accommodating and made sure I had the best time! Highly recommend this for party spaces and for going for a couple of drinks! Great beer garden in the sun too. Thank you!

    Surprised by the negative reviews! The landlord was very friendly and the the pints were very reasonable value and nice, it's a lovely pub, sure a little quiet but that's sometimes a good thing. Great pool tables here too! Overall worth checking out!

    Not from the area but this was the closest pub to where we were staying and we thought the Landlord was polite and welcoming and we had a nice evening (he even paid for me to put some music on). Only thing I can say that was a negative is that he won't allow well behaved dogs in (didn't affect us but another customer while we were there) but other than that, we really enjoyed it there.

    This has always been a nice little place to go with the mates for a pint. The drinks are competitively priced. There are plenty of regulars down there that are a laugh to get on with. Guys serving the drinks are always really happy and chatty. If you want a proper laugh with your mates take a trip down here.

    Spit and sawdust pub with a great atmosphere and good for value drinks. Can get cans of thatchers and natch there. Outdoor garden is nice there as well.
