Great Bristol pub, nearby the Bell and the Hare on the Hill. Out of the three, this pub probably offers the best beer selection (but each pub is fantastic in its own right - crawl all three) and the staff and locals are lovely.
Great flipping pub. Tonnes of different beer and ales, helpful staff. As we live abroad and are usually leaving the UK from here it makes it all the better to finish with a great pub like this!
The older barman was very grumpy and rude. There was no need for it and it soured what was a nice, chilled, birthday drinks celebration. We won't be returning to this place, the pub further down the road was much more friendly and welcoming.
Serves some of the most delicious real ale. Great atmosphere. Food is pretty good. The decor is old school, and the toilets are like a time machine to the 70s. But the beer and the vibe is everything that a pub should be.
While the food was ok, the atmosphere and service were excellent. We spent a lot of time here enjoying drinks close to home.
One of the best pubs in Bristol. They have such a large number of beers and great, delicious food. Anything you try will be amazing.
Simply fantastic. Great selection of drinks and snacks. Good music, cool decorations. Really helpful service as well, explaining all the beers, leading to a cool welcoming atmosphere.

Cosy pub with a big garden and a great selection of local beers (12 cask and 6 keg). Also serves some lovely Japanese dishes.
