We had a really good time for Christmas work drinks for a big group and were looked after by all the staff. Wally gave me a call to run through and check the details a few days before which was really helpful to sort out setting up a bar tab. We were running a bit late and was really grateful that they held the tables for us. We had a bit of a problem using the app but this was sorted really quickly on the night by Sophie. Thanks for a good night

Just wanted to say a big thank-you for an amazing Christmas staff event! The venue was great, the food was delicious, and the whole vibe was exactly what we were hoping for. A special shout-out to Wally - he was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, on top of everything, and made the night run so smoothly. The rest of the team were awesome too. Thanks again for helping make our Christmas celebration such a good one.

I visited this establishment recently as I heard they have just released a Normal Beer Lager. I have a very rare and secretive dietary requirement and I am only able to drink normal beer. For too long now, I have remained in the shadows unable to drink unnormal beer but now thanks to KSBH I can be normal like my peers and enjoy a Normal Beer. Crisp and delicious and at 3.4% it is the ideal session lager without the negative repercussions an unnormal beer would give me. If you're wondering what my rare dietary requirement is maybe mind your own business, yeah?

After Graduation this week, I recently visited the King Street Brewery in Bristol. While the location is undeniably lovely, we left feeling that it didn't quite live up to its own hype. Situated near the river, the brewery boasts a charming setting that is perfect for a relaxing drink in an historic street. The ambiance is pleasant, and on a sunny day, it's an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. However, when it comes to the beer and overall experience, the King Street Brewery falls a bit short. The selection of beers is decent, but it lacks the standout options that would make it a go-to destination for craft beer enthusiasts. The flavors were okay, but nothing particularly memorable or distinctive. In terms of atmosphere, the place is nice enough, but it doesn't have the vibrant energy or unique character that some of the other establishments on the street offer. It feels more like a standard pub rather than a standout brewery. The service was adequate, but nothing exceptional. The staff were friendly enough, but there wasn't the same level of engagement or enthusiasm that can make a visit truly special. The pub across the street was truly unique, mind you. While the King Street Brewery is a pleasant place to stop by, it doesn't quite reach the heights of some of its neighboring establishments. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit for the location alone, but if you're looking for the best beer experience on King Street, you might want to explore a few other options. In summary, the King Street Brewery has a lot going for it with its picturesque location near the river, but it doesn't quite stand out among the many great options in the area. It's a good spot for a not so cheap drink, but not the best on the street.

I've yet to sit inside the pub itself as every time I visit I get lucky with good weather for the endless outdoor seating on King Street! Overall great selection of beers and fun environment.

Excellent brew pub, their beers are really good. Large open plan venue, gets marked down for being card only and having graffiti in the toilets, sadly the Bristol socialists think the best way to slag off the government etc is to scrwall on a bog wall. Worse still is pubs that think politisized graffiti somehow enhance their pub on a cultural level. It doesn't it just makes your pub look tatty, you wouldn't accept it in the bar area, so why is this ok back of house?

Beer is decent, drinks prices not bad for King Street. Pizza was nice too, but 17 quid for the vegan option, given in a takeaway box, and when asked for chilli/olive oil the response was "If we have it, it'll be on the menu". Paid over 34 quid for 2 pizzas and now I should pay for oil? This is really taking the p***.

Nice pub with loads of outdoor seating in a nice location next to the river. Amazing first impression from the bar staff, very enthusiastic about craft beers and offer an exceptional choice of their own range of craft ale. Would recommend
