A beautiful spot for a fantastic pint of Draught Bass, friendly landlord and awesome views across the Bristol channel to Wales. Highly recommend

Vic is always accommodating and pleasant whenever we come to visit. The flowers around the pub are lovely too and drinks are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

The views are absolutely stunning. That’s the end of the good bit. Grumpy landlord. I asked for a pint of Otter but as the barrel was low I received a mixture of ales. No apology. The food menu was a bare handful of dishes. I requested a rare steak. I received a well done piece of meat. I shan’t be returning or recommending.

A friendly pub takes me back to going to pubs as a child with my parents, sitting outside with a bottle of coke, as this pub has a minimum age of 16. It was built by the owner in 1973, overlooking the Severn estuary with a large car park and outside seating. 3 ales on offer, unusually for the area Bass on gravity feed was excellent. Good is simple but very good value.

Landlady was very rude. I had a important phone call, whilst on the phone she came up to me and my partner waving a poster saying no phones. Wouldn't give me chance to end the or go outside just kept waving the poster saying no phones. I would strongly advise not going to this pub.

Great, traditional pub. Very knowledgeable landlord so if you want to learn about local history it's worth a visit. Children are welcome to sit outside only (so not inside) so, if like me, you want a quiet drink this is your pub.

This is a local pub beyond compare. I love it here with friendly staff and local customers. Excellent facilities and views across the Bristol Channel

Stunning. Just go there. They don’t make ‘em like this no more!

Lovely views, very clean. Only serve food at lunchtime (12-2). We didn't receive a very warm welcome and pub was very quiet for 1pm on a Saturday. Closed in the afternoons. On the plus side they have lovely views over the Bristol channel.
