   I came here for my Christmas dinner with my work colleagues, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I didn't have the starter, but I had the turkey dinner, this was my first time eating turkey, and it definitely wasn't a great experience. It was pretty dry and chewy. One of the glasses has lipstick on, and the knife was totally blunt. The potato's tasted incredibly fishy and were so hard you couldn't cut them with the knife. I can say I ate only a few mouthfuls of the food before leaving it. The mint chocolate tart was bought in pre made frozne thing, and chemical based for sure, one mouthful and I couldn't even swallow it. However the toilets were lovely and clean and there was a nice atmosphere in there, even though the music needed to be a little louder. I could honestly say I would never eat here again but I would definitely stay for drinks. The overall experience was not too bad. Shame the food wasn't great!

   We came for Breakfast with Santa Paws. It was lovely and our dogs really enjoyed it. Our breakfast was lovely too and the dogs. The photo and present with Santa was brilliant and the story time at the end. Will be coming again next year.

   I found the sraff friendly welcoming. We both had stake which were quite tender considering it wasn't that expensive, I think they had a food deal on that night (Nov 2025). They were bigger than expected too.

   A warm welcome after a busy day was found at The Hanbury Arms. Darcei was attentive from start to finish with taking drinks and food orders, bringing our meals and checking we were all okay with the service. She is a credit. The food came out promptly with fantastic portions.

   One of my favourite summer pubs! Such a nice location (for Newport) to sit outside and have a couple of drinks. The meals here are not expensive and you get a good amount for your money. Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the sun or inside during the winter. Well recommended.

   We been to this pub a few times now the last 6 months, the food is fabulous Today we went to sunday lunch we both had beef It was once again 10/10 The staff were happy and helpful If you have not been there for sunday lunch, may i suggest you try it. Nice clean pub Great food Happy and helpful staff

   Great, dog friendly pub. We ordered the starter as a light lunch. I had the Nachos and my wife had the Cheesy Chips. Both meals were lovely and well worth the price. Had chocolate orange sponge cake which was gorgeous. Shelby was friendly. Beautiful view out the window. I would definitely eat there again.

   Not amazing but the food is ok and the staff are friendly enough. If the weather is nice then sitting outside overlooking the river is very pleasant. Parking is good. Not much for vegans though. They do offer bottles of Heineken zero and have a good choice of draught beers

   Nice food. Big portions of the Fish & Chips. I had the lovely Goat's cheese salad. Just wish they had added a piece of bread with some butter. Great outdoor location on the river. Parking next door to pub.
