   Had an event here - the buffet was delicious, generously sized and received loads of compliments. The staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly accommodating to our needs. A free drink for our big occasion was a lovely touch - thank you!

   The owner are so friendly and nice. The food was freshly cooked. My stake was juicy and tender. The menù is simply British basic pub menù. We were all happy with the food, they were all big portions. There is a nice garden to eat al frasco or just enjoy a pait in a warm evening

   9 of us had Sunday lunch today. A real home cooked dinner with fresh veg and home made gravy, all of us were served together and the food was piping hot and good quality. The service was top class and super friendly staff. We were made to feel really welcome and very well priced. Thank you we will definitely be back.

   This evening I attended a Christmas meal here and can honestly say I enjoyed every bite. I can be a bit of a food snob and like my vegetables cooked just so. They were delicious, great portions sizes too. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. The building was clean and tidy including the toilets and bar staff were great. Thank you for a lovely meal and evening, will be back soon with the whole family.

   Came for a meal Friday. We came as a big family and friends with 2 children about 7pm. Food was nice to be fair but we felt no choice but to leave straight after the meal as the music was very loud with a birthday party going on. Terrible music as well. Left with a headache. It ruined the night for us. Fair enough if it was being played at a later time in the evening. We wasn't aware of this when booked the meal. Further more to your response. In no way was we informed there was a party. And it wasn't he average party you would usually have. It was incredibly loud and not a controlled music by a dj. Not child friendly. We sat at the table for half an hour until anybody checked on us to order despite being a booked table. Nobody even checked that we was waiting for someone .

   I booked the function room for a reception after a funeral. Donna/Molly and staff were so helpful and friendly they couldn't do enough to help. Buffet was lovely, great variety and excellent value for money, compliments to the chef. I will definitely return. Thank you

   Went for Sunday lunch with the family two days ago. We had beef, lamb and chicken, all were cooked perfectly, good portions too. Came with plenty of selection of vegetables too. Highly recommended. Great value for money too!!
