   Needed some new wiper blades on my Jaguar XF . I normally fit them myself as easy squeeze and pinch clips but Halfords doing a deal so with my £5 discount only cost me £25.99 for Bosch wipers fitted. They clear the screen perfectly .

   I only have the highest praise for the Norton team. Despite the main parts fitter being unwell in hospital, instead of turning me away and saying they couldn't do the job, the parts manager stepped up and offered his services in his colleague's absence and fitted the part in question himself. If I could award more than five stars I would!! Ten stars!!!

   Just been into the Midsomer norton store as my oil light came on. Very helpful team member helped me from the moment I walked in, asking if I needed help. She checked to make sure I had the right oil and topped it up for me, all while showing me how to do it myself next time. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you so much!

   After an error code came up on my impel 2 and my brakes not working to well l took my bike to Midsomer Norton store.Obviously this time of the year l understand that they are busy but after having the bike a few days everything was done including new hydraulic brakes bike cleaned and chain looking new. Frazer took the time over the phone to explain what had been done l believe he went above and beyond on his customer service and is an asset to Halfords. Keep up the great work

   On 15/11/22 Fraiser? the man in the Midsomer Norton branch shop was fantastic at averting a problem. He was professional, calm, warm, friendly, exchanged the product I'd bought the day before and gave exemplary customer service, by fitting a product as quick as possible. He definitely went above and beyond. I can't thank him enough, so 5 stars!

   Today I went into Halfords in Midsomer Norton to buy a bicycle for my 9 year old. However , I knew absolutely nothing about bikes and really didn’t have a clue where to start until I had the good fortune to be approached by Ben who could probably sense my confusion and set about patiently and informatively helping me with fabulous advice , knowledge , kindness and a little bit of humour ! Thank goodness he did otherwise I’d have picked something far too small and inappropriate. I felt so comfortable and listened to and the customer service Ben gave was above and beyond from start to finish even putting himself out to make sure that my son was also happy , comfortable and included in the conversation. What a fabulous experience and staff member! Halfords , you have an absolute diamond there !

   An irregular but always agreeable visit to the local Halford, had me visiting again recently for engine oil (the software they have in-house whereby you input the registration number, the car make and model appears and the correct oil type is recommended is an excellent feature they have) and for distilled water (for the steam iron) Undoubtedly not the biggest sale that day, but I was treated with efficient promptness as always. Cycles and all the accessories have featured for some years now, in the store and the prices compare favourably with the local specialist shops. The mini instant-installation marquee was deployed this day and some serious electronics were being put by a Halfords team into a VW - which made me mindfull about having a new dashcam installed by them.
