   went in to the shop after work to get a cat tree and a cat basket for my 2 lovely kittens Coca and Cola, 2 of the friendliest staff helped me. a lovely young lady called Tamzin helped me out threw the options and helped me pick the right one for my 2 lovely kittens, she was awesome and perfect. was helped to my uber by a fantastic guy called Jack. a massive thank you to them... the kittens love the cat tree and im most thankful for everything they did to help me.

   I had a great experience, there’s not much variety, most of the things you might find here you can easily find find elsewhere. But the tanks and enclosures where clean and well kept.

   A young employee made it clear that he did not want to help me when I was buying my hamster. The staff are extremely unhelpful to the point I will report them to RSPCA because I witnessed another young male employee pinging 2 baby rats & they were extremely scared. This happened at the Craigleith branch!

   I went in this morning for my dogs groom, whilst there I asked the vets a question about my dogs sore eye, ( I'm low paid and don't get paid till the end of the month so couldn't afford an appointment ) sadly you'll get no help from them unless you're paying for it. The groomer however did show some concern and give me what advice she could I would have thought that the vets would have cared enough just to answer my question. Top marks to the groomer but shame on the vets.

   Great shop but often low on stock so sometimes difficult to get what I need - I think they only get one delivery a week? I appreciate there is a stock checker on the website but sometimes you want to be able to just bring your pup along and grab what you need without checking every item beforehand. Staff are always pleasant and store is usually well kept.
