Should be shut down for the condition the animals are in. Not clean, and stuck in the 80s Got 2 budgies and both are comparable to a scrap car. One now dead, the other very very sick And they call themself a pet shop? About as the same as a puppy farm. Out to make money, regardless of care and compassion . Update: 03/23 both now dead
Shocking animal husbandry. Long dead fish decaying in dirty tanks, no lighting in half the tanks, cloudy water, algae everywhere, strong odour. Sick, listless birds. Overcrowded cages. Turtles without UV or basking spots. Just really, really sad. Reviews saying same things going back years. Awful.
Amazingly friendly staff, seems to have everything you need for a pet in stock also they answered the kids questions about the fishes and even showed them up close whilst feeding and actually seemed to enjoy their job great place run amazingly
The staff here are all very friendly. Any question you have a new or exciting pet owned they will help. I have been using this pet shop since I was a little girl and now it's my children's turn. Would definitely recommend here for all your pet questions or new fish or hamster
I think it's a great value wee shop it's not as show off as the other shops but the pets don't know that and i don't care about that eithier as I said good value and nice staff. Tucker liked it
Really good, very helpful staff and a wide range of products for many pets. They had some live animals too and I always look to see the condition of the animals and how well they are kept. Of the budgies and canaries I saw they looked healthy and active, which is a good sign of their happiness. It was my first visit to the shop with a friend who was buying heat bulbs for his bearded dragons and live meal worms. I would recommend this shop.
