We have used puddledub a few times with our timid cockerpoo Charlie and definitely noticed that he is gaining more confidence and is more comfortable to be left with them when we are away. The team are brilliant with him and is definitely picked up this time around when Charlie went before I even left. He walked with the girl that took him to his kennel and was more than happy to go with her. He seems very happy with them and is always told he has been fine he is timid but friendy and loves his food and loves a good walk with them.
Our 2 kittens were very well looked after at Puddledub while we went on a weekend away. 2 happy and content wee boys. Great value for money and the staff were lovely. Will definitely use them again.
The first time we've used Puddlebub Kennels, very good impression. When we dropped him off and picked him up, there was plenty of staff around to help, all of them very friendly. He'd obviously had a good experience as he was his usual happy cheerful self when we picked him up. Will use again for sure.
Absolutely brilliant place for my dog to go and I know he is safe and well looked after. Alan, Michelle and their son Andrew are just amazing with all the animals they look after. Caring and thoughtful. The staff they have working with them are just a fabulous team.
Took excellant care of our cat and dog. The asked alot about thier diets and behaviour so theu could makesure they were well looked after. I'd happily use them again.
Needed to get emergency boarding for 4 dogs, so easy and helpful. Most pleasant and tried hard( and succeeded) to help. Dogs happy and we're well cared for, fussy eaters but this was not a problem. Will go back.
Wr entrust all our dogs to this kennel have done for years from Staffie to Scotish Deerhound and our working guide dog we no they are safe and well cared for a great service 5*
I picked up my dog after 2 weeks. Unfortunately I will not leave my pet there anymore, the dog has been neglected. The dog came back dirty and smelly that it was impossible to bear it. Probably he did not leave much because his paws were still standing, he came back depressed scared and he is a live dog who has already been alone once and there were no problems, so he indicates that they did not show him good mental care there. The dog also limps on the hind leg which will be checked and appropriate steps will be pulled in this direction. The dog also refuses to eat. My dog is sick, he is still asleep, he is afraid of every sound, before the delivery, the dog was so energetic and alive that he only slept at night for 6 hours, the rest he devoted to play. He has been absent since picking it up and still sleeps and eats nothing. Don't leave your family member there, they don't respect that.
Had our dog staying over this week mon-fri. We were invited for a couple of visits prior to having his stay. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Will definitely use again.
